How do you ensure product quality?
We strictly follow the confirmed sample for material procurement and production. Finished products undergo QC inspection. For large orders, customers can commission a third-party QC inspection at our factory (the shoe price does not include third-party inspection fees).
What are your payment terms?
A 40% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 60% payable via T/T upon presentation of shipping documents. We also accept sight letters of credit.
What are your production lead times?
For repeat orders, the delivery time is 45-60 days. For new styles, the delivery time is 75-90 days, depending on the order quantity and season. We have a strong capability to produce high-quality products. If you have any questions, please contact us.
What is your company background?
We are a manufacturer with 18 years of shoemaking experience, specializing in custom leather shoes and boots, Goodyear welt work shoes, and Martin boots. Our factory covers an area of 3,800 square meters and employs around 150 people. We have one large assembly line and two stitching lines. Our workers are highly skilled professionals with over ten years of training and experience in shoemaking.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity depends on the shoe style. Some styles can be ordered starting from one pair, while others require a minimum order of 100 pairs, with different pricing.
